Started out great
I was very excited to place these rather expensive tires, (245/40R20 Pilot Sport 4S) on my 2015 Chevy Impala LTZ. Performance and ride were fantastic for the first 2000 miles. Then they started to get to get noisy, and I mean very LOUD! They make so much noise now, you can crank the Bose sound system to 10, and you can still hear them roaring! Handling is still exceptional, but the tire noise ruins the experience. I had these tires checked, for air pressure, alignment, rotated them, and still they seem to get louder, every mile I put on them. I've got less than 3000 miles on these tires and can't wait to replace them. What a shame, I love the way they handle, but it was a costly mistake.

Outstanding tire
I recently purchased a new vehicle. The tires it came with handled fine but were exceptionally noisy. I first tried the Pilot Sport A/S 3, which were much better, but research suggested the 4S would be quieter, and it was, considerably so. Beyond that, the 4S offer incredible handling and braking performance (both wet and dry) over the A/S 3S, so, if you can live with a bit shorter life, get the 4S. Super happy here!

Great Tire
Thankfully these came on my new 911 that I ordered (you can't specify tire brand) - much preferred over the Pirellis Zeros that typically come on new Porsches. On my previous Boxster, I switched from Pirelli to Michelin Pilots and was pleased. Note: I don't track my cars.

THE ULTIMATE HIGH PERFORMANCE TIRE!
I am not one just to skimp on tires to save some dollars or whatever “looks cool” I do my reasearch (i.e. reviews, videos, tech speech’s, etc.). After all what is the point of having a performance vehicle if you don’t go for the best in performance tires? The Michelin Pilot Sport 4s are THOSE TIRES! These things are excellent in every way. You notice the grip (and especially in the turns) right off the bat. The sidewallls look outstanding and the other edge channels to me, resemble small lightning bolts which is just another cool thing about these tires. Much quieter and smoother than other performance tires I’ve owned in the past. I’m beyond satisfied with these tires! If you’re on the fence about these, do yourself a great thing and get them! Great in turns, keep you from hydroplaning in the rain and very responsive. You get what you pay for and these are worth it. After all they are Michelin’s. And come with major Kung Fu grip! Drive with peace of mind and confidence with these! Thanks for making a great tire an excellent tire!

Amazing tires in all conditions
My BMW M2 came with substandard tires from another company so after 10,000 miles I decided to upgrade to the Pilot Sport 4s and immediately noticed a difference in ride quality, noise, overall grip and handling. I recently drove in monsoon conditions and was amazed at the level of grip in an absolute downpour. I now have 5,000 miles on the 4s. I strongly recommend these tires for anyone seeking the best. I am a believer!!

Wow, what a difference.
2015 Chevy SS. They make this 4000 lb four door feel like a light weight. Hooks off the light, great around a corner... Hands down the best I have ever had in the rain. I couldn't be happier with this tire. You guys did a great job with this one.

Transformative ride
To date, I've only had the OEM Bridgestone Potenza summer run-flats and Blizzaks for the winter on my 2013 BMW 335is. I took the plunge this week and had the new Pilot Sport 4S installed and it has transformed the driving experience. The ride is smoother, quieter and grippier. I also notice an improvement in fuel ecconomy. My only disappointment is that I suffered with the OEM tires for a couple years! A road trip is imminent!
