AVIS PNEU Pilot Sport 4 S

I just replaced the Goodyear tires in our MB S class and I'm shocked to tell you how noisy these tires are! I just drove 150-200 miles and I think I'll take it out ... at this point I'm looking for another option and I'll probably test two or three variants and as soon as I'm satisfied with the performance I'll find it I'll warn my friends to avoid making the same costly mistake as me. On the other S Class car I used the Yokohama brand and they didn't look as noisy as the much acclaimed Michelin Pilot Sport 4S! I will also test SP SPORTMAXX GT which seems to be very quiet and smooth ... even other brands seems to offer good variants.

Great Tires would buy again

Recently purchased a set of Pilot Sport 4S tires for my 2010 Camaro SS, replacing Pirellli's. The area of most difference is the tires following ruts in the pavement made by heavy trucks. Previously you had to hang onto the steering wheel as the front end chased the ruts from side to side, could not take your eyes off the road. Now it is a much more relaxing experience. They are way quieter especially with hitting cracks in the pavement. Now it feels like the car is on rails, goes where you want it to. Great product.

Incredible grip on wet and dry roads

These tires give very good road holding performance. the only down side is the very noticeable road noise transmitted into the car interior.

En quarante ans sur la route, j'ai pu comparer la plupart des marques populaires. Sur pavé sec, ce pneu est très prévisible et a une adhérence exceptionnelle. Sur chaussée mouillée, j'ai été impressionné. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Mon choix pour les prochaines années.

PS4S - Great for track and street

bought the tires last summer 2020 and been perfect for street tires. words of cautions. - first 100 km, the tires feel like hockey puck. only after heat cycle aka after around 150 - 200 km of driving, you can feel the stickiness of the tires on street on the track in CTMP/ Mosport , I need to cycle of track run on normal speed to warm uo before going high speed.

J’ai acheté ces pneus pour ma AUDI S3 et ma Porsche 911 et ils sont excellents coté tenue de route, chaussée mouillée et bruit. Bref, j’en rachèterais demain.

Michelin Pilot Sport 4S - best tires

I have been a long time Michelin summer tire customer starting with the Pilot Super Sport model. I have used these on Audi A4, BMW 335i and FR-S. I have been using the Pilot Super Sport 4S on Mercedes SLK55, Jaguar XFR and Range Rover Sport. I have tried other tires including Pirelli PZero, but prefer the Michelin for the handling in wet/dry, cornering and less noise. I would recommend these tires to others.

Exceptionnel

Je possède une Jaguar XK8 2006 et j’avais des pneus Toyo Proxes 1 avec 25% d’usure. Je pensais que ma suspension était à refaire. Vibrations sur les premiers 10 a 20 km avant que les pneus ne s’échauffent et prennent la forme ronde. Aucune douceur de conduite, seul une bonne tenue de route. J’ai changé pour le Pilot Sport 4s et dès le premier kilomètre ma voiture semblait comme une neuve. Douceur de roulement incroyable sans rien perdre sur la tenue de route digne de ma voiture. N’hésitez pas à investir dans vos pneus, votre voiture vous en remerciera et vous retrouverez le sourire au volant en poussant votre bolide sur les arrières routes.

Monte d'été de mon A4 quatro 245cv. Comportement précis et tenue de route irréprochable sur sol sec et mouillé. Au top.
