Great, all-around tire
I've got these on a 2003 BMW 330i, which previously had a set of Pilot Sport 2's that lasted for 22,000 miles. I have about 13,000 miles on the PSS and the tread seems to be wearing well - still has 8/32 depth minimum left. I drive in a spirited manner but never on a track. Pros: Awesome grip in the dry and wet. Pretty quiet for a high performance summer tire. Responsive, but not to the point of feeling darty. Cons: A little pricier than the average high performance summer tire. Could maybe be a little quieter and absorb bumps better - but hey, it's a high performance tire, not a touring tire. Overall, an excellent choice for those who enjoy driving.
Pricey, but well worth it
Definitely the bang for buck performance tires that you must have on your sports car. Stop your search here and look no further. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Sticky, Smooth, Quiet, Confident
My Mercedes roadster is now equipped with Pilot Super Sports. These performance tires are smooth, quiet, and confident, both around town and on the highway. Pilot Super Sprots were an excellent replacement choice for the original equipment tires. Road noise is diminished, handling and overall ride comfort are greatly improved. The tires are also very attractive and compliment the good looks of my car. They are an excellent value.....I couldn't be more satisfied!

Used these to replace the stock tires that came on my 350Z. Noticed immediately that I had more confidence in driving the car over the other tires. Definitely recommend to anyone to buy these tires.

Great tires, i have had them for about 6 months and they are great. I drive hard on corners and the once in a while hard on brakes and always happy with the outcome. so far tire tread looks good for the way i drive. I would definitely recommend this tires to friends and family.

On my daily driven 335i. Compared to stock run-flats these are amazing. Grip well. Life is averageish, could be better, but I don't want them to sacrifice performance either if it means increasing wear life.
Super Sport's Transform My Audi's Ride
Replaced my 2010 Audi Q5 OEM 'high performance' tires with the Michelin Pilot Super Sport XL long before necessary. The Audi OEM tires were very noisy at all speeds, giving me a headache on long trips. What a remarkable change, installing the Pilot Super Sports ! My reward was a very quiet ride plus allowing me to enjoy my premium sound system while driving. The wet weather handling at high speed has improved dramatically. The Pilot Super Sports are a great, long wearing tire and I recommend them to everyone.
Great tires for high performance cars!
The Pilot Super Sports have proven to be an excellent choice for my Viper. They ride better than the PS2 and appear to be wearing better than average for these soft compound type tires. They are great on the track and street. I have driven them through pouring rain with conficence to maintain normal speeds. I would absolutely recommend these tires to anyone looking for the ultimate summer performance tire.
