Ridiculously Old Tires
I bought a set of these winter tires for my 2022 BMW X5 in November 2023. The DOT date code on the tires was 3618. That means that these "new" tires were over 5 years old when they were installed by the tire dealer. The Michelin website recommends replacing tires after 6 years.

Fantastic Tire
Purchased a set of Pilot Alpine A5s for winter driving on a Macan a Turbo in Pac NW 4-years ago. Ended up not changing the wheels out because they performed so well in the rain ( and snow). 4-years an 30k+ miles later I’m coming back for another set. Great performance SUV tire.
