Great cornering and wet surface performance
The Michelin LXT tires are design to be a great match for my Toyota 4Runner. They run very stable in heavy rain with no hint of hydroplaning. They are running very quiet and the grip on cornering is exceptional for this SUV. I believe that the wear life of these tires will live up to Michelin's excellent reputation.

I replaced the OEM 3 yr old GY Wrangler tires on my ‘22 Chevy Colorado! Night and day! Better ride and oh so quiet! Better in the rain too. I don’t go off road so after 1500 miles I know I made the right choice!

Good solid tires
I have been choosing Michelin tires whenever possible for many years. I can't say they are the absolute best, but among the options available on the market, they are certainly one of the top brands. I used to think that Michelin tires were somewhat overpriced, but in the U.S., their cost is quite comparable to other well-known brands. I have developed a consistently positive opinion of the Michelin brand. I’ve used their tires on various vehicles, including an Audi Q7 with 18-inch wheels (255 width, if I remember correctly), and recently I purchased a set of Michelin Primacy™ LTX® tires for my 2012 Nissan Pathfinder. Over the past 15 years, I’ve driven on Michelin tires in a variety of conditions — and the vehicle’s behavior has always remained stable and predictable, which deserves real respect. Handling with these tires is sharp and very responsive. There's no sense of a “spongy” steering feel — the car turns exactly as much as you turn the wheel. That gives confidence and allows for better control in real-world situations. Primacy™ LTX® is a soft and comfortable tire with excellent grip on asphalt under different temperatures and weather conditions. I haven’t used this tire in freezing conditions, but from +5°C to +45°C (41°F to 113°F), its behavior on the road has been consistently impressive. This is truly a comfortable and reliable tire. On hot California asphalt, at the manufacturer’s recommended pressure, it may feel slightly firm — but still well within acceptable limits. Overall, Michelin is one of the few brands I truly trust. I hope the company continues to maintain its high product quality and doesn’t go the way of some other manufacturers. It’s nice to have a brand you don’t need to research endlessly or read hundreds of reviews about — you just buy it, install it, and enjoy the ride. It’s one of those moments when you know your money was well spent and you’re genuinely satisfied with your purchase.

Quiet
Quite ride in the SUV with the new tires

Worse Michelin Tires ever
I have been putting Michelin Defenders on all my vehicles over 15 years & I usually get 80 to 90k on my tires but not this time. I bought 2025 Navigator & it came with Michelin Primacy & I was really exited abt these tires. Something new & will probably last long. In 9k Miles tires ripped on side, nail 2x & already had to replace one tires. These tires are too soft & definitely not good for NYC roads. I think Michelin needs to do better.

Poor handling and performance
Obtained these tires from the local Ford/Chrysler/jeep dealership. Severe balancing problems. Hard shaking from two of the tires at 65 mph or higher. Had two alignments and tires rebalanced twice. No improvement. Stay away from these tires! Dealership insists they are recommended as a Michelin replacement to original tires that came with the vehicle (Premier LTX, which are no longer made apparently), but these Primacy LTX are a very inconsistent tire.

Long Lasting!
I've had these tires on my 2020 Silverado right from the factory and put 78,000 miles and they still have more life left. I expect to get around 85,000 miles out of these before replacing with another set of Primacy LTX. These tires are quiet and have delivered fuel economy exceeding EPA estimates.

Great, awesome say whatever good you want.
I love these tires. I have a suburban and the tires have lasted well until 99000 miles. Never had an issue. Only times were when the tires had nails or pieces of glasses. But these are wonderful tires. Provides great response in all weather. I drive for work with VIP clients and I am always on the road. Drive at-least 100 to 150 miles a day. Thank you Michelin.

Feel very unsafe
I have only driven in my new Telluride twice. Both times the tires "make the vehicle wander on certain grooved roads" as another review stated. I love the vehicle, I hate the tires. I was on a grooved road for only a few minutes and it made me feel nauseous and as if the vehicle is going to go off the road. There is no way I could keep these on my vehicle as I do not feel safe.
Nella, Groove wandering or tramlining can be a common issue with certain tire types and sizes, particularly with those having more aggressive tread patterns. This phenomenon occurs when the tires follow the grooves and ruts in the road, leading to a feeling of the vehicle being pulled in different directions. To mitigate this, it is essential to ensure that your tires are inflated to the recommended pressure levels for your vehicle. Over or under-inflation can exacerbate groove wandering. Additionally, regular alignment checks are crucial, as improper alignment can contribute to this issue.

great tires
came on my new 2022 Telluride. I now have over 70,000 miles on them and never had any issues with wet or snow traction
