My wife purchased these for her truck but Sam,s club didn't replace the exact same tire as she had when I worked at Michelin. The tires are great for a family truck that only hauls household goods, not good for a heavy load.

Treadware lacking
They are great tires BUT this is the second set I've had that have gone out with less than 40,000 miles on them. I have to file another claim which is a little annoying, especially for how expensive they are.

Primacy LTX
The Primacy LTX tires on my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4XE (with 37,000 miles) are at a 1 tread (on two of them) and a 2 tread (on two of them, and I was told by the dealer that all four need to be replaced ASAP. The car isn't even two years old and nearly all of the mileage is open highway. This seems way too soon to need to replace??? Does the 55k mileage warranty cover any of this??

great ride
Need replacement at 15K miles!!!!
My one year old truck with 15K miles are at 5/32- 4/32 already. I drive my truck like a baby. Not great at all !

Horrible in Winter
It’s an all season tire but I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone driving in snow. I’ve driven multiple all season tires in the snow without issue in my lifetime. The Michelin Defender is one of the best tires, not sure what Michelin was doing with this one. I have 31k miles on these tires on my 2022 Nissan Frontier. I have 300 lbs of sand over the wheels in back in winter. I slide around way too much in these. I’m not even sure I trust Michelin with tires after dealing with these pieces of junk.

Squirrely
Recently bought acgmc sierra heavy half w trailering package. The primacy ltx tires seems to wander on grooved pavement on on truck lane where semi flat tires have grooved the pavement. Seems a bit squirrely on groved pavement.

Traction is garbage
Bought on 2025 frontier , traction in rain is horrible. Glad to see its not just me. Trashed after 3k miles
Safe Secure and sticks to the road like poop on a blanket.
Expensive but in the long run you only get what u pay for.
Nice smooth ride
I’ve had Michelin tires all my driving years. Very happy with the smooth ride and performance of this tire.
