Poorly made.
Less than 4000 miles and tire deflating with multiple tiny leaks. Tire shop can't determine how one tire has so many leaks.
DavidinHawaii, we're sorry to read that one of your original tires is leaking. Our team is here to help get this resolved. An agent will be in touch with you to work with you and your local retailer on initiating a claim.

Poor tread life for wet and snow traction
These were the OE tires on my 2022 Explorer. By 25,000 miles the light snow and wet traction was bad. The dry traction and tire noise were decent. I replaced them at 37,000 miles with a different brand since the hydroplaning in wet weather was getting worse. I have the same tires on a Bronco Sport and expect the same problems.
Chassis engineer, we're sorry to read that you were disappointed in the original tires on your Explorer. We certainly don't want you to have the same opinion of the tires on your Bronco. To gather more information about the complaint, one of our team members will be reaching out to you.

Awesome Michelin product
Broke in tires required 500 miles outstanding results fantastic traction great response to road conditions secure feeling best tires I ever purchased thanks for professional quality šš

These tires need to be recalled
The tires have 1 ply sidewall. They are prone to easy blow out. I got 2 tires blown out at once turning 10 miles per hour on a road that had slightly uneven surface.
sibflower, we're sorry to read you've experienced a problem with a tire. One of our team members will be in touch to assist with initiating a warranty claim.

Most terrible tire EVER
Iād give this tire 0 stars if I could. This is the MOST delicate cheaply made tire iāve gotten 5 flats! And no iām not driving like a maniac these tires are terrible the people who work at my local toyota dealership say people come in all the time needing a new tire because theyāve gotten a flat and itās these tires. Bought a tire 8 months ago and already a flat. They cost too much to be this cheap. Get different tires if youāre looking for some
Car2319, it's unfortunate that you've experienced 5 flats. A member of our team will be in touch to get more details and discuss further.

Disappointed :( in this Tire
These tires came with my 2023 Honda Pilot. They are very dodgy.....groves on the freeway pull the car off track and do not feel solid. Less than 90 days in and predict it is only going to get worse
King Burnz, we're sorry you are unhappy with the original tires on your Pilot. A member of our team will be in touch to get more info.

MICHELINĀ® Acoustic Technology may be faulty
A section of the MICHELINĀ® Acoustic Technology came loose. Caused tires to be severely unbalanced at 50 to 60 mph. Hyundai dealership says they may or may not take responsibility but they have to see the tires in person. Unfortunately, that means 150 mile trip to the closest dealership, even though the local Michelin dealer first identified the problem. Problem started about 16k miles and caused me to pay balancing fees twice.
joeferal, we're sorry to read of this issue. It is not necessary to travel back to the Hyundai dealership if an authorized Michelin retailer is aware of the problem. A member of our team will be calling you to work with the local Michelin retailer on initiating a warranty claim.

Fast wearing tires
Came on our new Ford Explorer. Was excited to see they were Michelins since always heard they were good tires. Wrong - they need replaced at only 30,0000 miles. And we had them rotated every 5000 miles. I thought they would last longer than that.
Mattjd, we hate to read that your experience with our tires hasnāt been a great one. Our team is here and would like to help. You'll hear from us soon.

Perform Well New But Doesn't Last Long
Tires at 30K miles and already nearly at wear bars. Had decent traction when new but for the past 5K miles have had a lot of slip.
bambam, it's unfortunate your tires are near the wear bars at this time. We'd suggest an inspection of the tires from your local authorized Michelin retailer. Please have them call us while you are there so that we can get more information.

Horrible product quality
Bought 2022 Eqinox brand new in 2021 tires are at 35,000 and already need replaced. Horrible tire does not meet the 55,000 mile guarantee. I have had my tires rotated at every service appt. No reason I couldnāt get another 20,000 miles out of these tires if the quality was as stated. Will never purchase Michelin tire ever again
Brttny83, sorry to read that your tires are worn out before delivering the expected mileage. A team member will be in touch to discuss further.
