Thanks to its Gum-X rubber compound and widely spaced knobs, it offers good traction across mixed terrain while still rolling efficiently. The tire's 3×60 TPI casing reinforced with high-density fiber under the tread contributes to reliable puncture resistance without adding unnecessary weight. It's available in tubeless-ready formats (e.g. 29×2.10″ and 29×2.25″), which helps with both grip and comfort on rough ground. On the downside, in very loose, wet, or extremely muddy conditions, the modest tread block height can lead to slipping or less confidence, especially in sharp turns or aggressive braking.
