AVIS PNEU Anakee Road

Great tire!

Loved the Anakee Road's on my 2022 Harley Davidson Pan America special. I'm running mostly road with the occasional fire road. Very confident on road, quiet and grippy. I'm at 8k on them, done a few long road trips. I'm guessing they'll last 10-12k.

Very smooth!

I bought a used 2022 Honda Africa twin adventure sports DCT with 2000 miles on it and couldn't get rid of the front end shake with the stock Metzler Karoo tires. The dealer tried balancing it twice and it still shook. So I made a deal with him and he purchased a new front and I purchased the rear Michelin Anakee Road tires, and that fixed the problem. These tires are very stable, smooth, and have excellent grip in the Colorado mountain Twisties.

Amazing wet weather road handling

This tire performs extremely well in wet conditions. I have multiple videos showing how it handled flood situations on pavement, and these tires proved reliable even when I thought I might lose control. As for durability, it’s a bit uncertain; I went through a rear tire in approximately a month and a half. However, I carry a heavy load and engage in high-performance maneuvers daily such as deep cornering Hard breaking and fast acceleration My vstrom 800 DE Is set up more like it's Sports bike, brother gsxr 800 But has huge 48L 37L and 42L aluminum cases Unfortunately, I didn’t set a trip meter like I intended, but I estimate that the rear tire lasted around 3,000 to 4,000 miles. In terms of road grip and performance on curves, these are the best tires I’ve had on my vehicle so far. For loose surfaces, such as gravel, I’d rate it as a 90/10 tire, as advised, it'll do it. Still, it It will not do much more than light gravel traversing Anytime I had to put it on gravel such as driving up my gravel driveway or such similarities or traveling anytime I had to put it on gravel such as driving up my gravel drivewayor traveling up and over a small mountain that is a gravel road I always had to go very slow cause it would not hold traction well. As for noise, these are the quietest tires I've owned to date. I rate them four out of five stars mainly because they didn’t last as long as I would like. So far, no tire has fully met my expectations.

Purchased the new Anakee Road tires for a trip across America. They didn’t disappoint. 6100 miles and still going strong. I installed them on a BMW R1250 GSA. All types of weather and twisties. No road noise at all from tires.
