Which vehicles can use this solution?

Most sports vehicles participating in track days are compatible with this solution. Other vehicles may be added to consumer demand via the App. Only the tires / original vehicles dimensions can be declared. Personal transformations (tuning) are not managed.

How does the system work?

The sensors placed in your tires measure the temperature and pressure information of the tires, the captured information is transmitted via radio signal to the receiver in your vehicle, which is transmitted to your phone via Bluetooth. This data is then processed by the App you have previously installed on your phone.

What is the difference compared to competing offers?

Currently, there are no other solutions available in the market. Some cars give tire pressure, but this is not accompanied by specific advice or recommendations related to use (Road / Circuit, dry, humid or wet track conditions) and does not indicate how the vehicle behavior evolves depending on the pressure.

What is the difference compared to other applications usable on track days?

The MICHELIN® Track Connect® solution is not just an information display. In addition to the traditional data relating to the times that you establish on the track, the MICHELIN® Track Connect® is your personal assistant during your time out on the track.

  1. You are given advice before and after your driving sessions to find the most appropriate pressure settings for your vehicle and your driving conditions.
  2. You control the change of the pressure and its influence on the behavior of your vehicle while driving, thanks to the information captured from the sensors located in your tires.
