I do not have a copy of my invoice. Can I still submit for a rebate?
How long will it take for my submission to be processed?
The submission process takes 6-8 weeks. You can track the status of your rebate using the ‘Track’ page of this website.
What is a tracking number and why do I need it?
A tracking number is a unique code assigned to your submission. Knowing your tracking number will allow you to track your submission status online. It will also help customer service representatives locate your submission should you need any assistance. You will receive your tracking number on the confirmation page of your online submission. For any further assistance, you can call 833-202-0804.
What type of rebate reward will I receive?
You will receive either a virtual or physical Prepaid Mastercard, depending on your selection during the submission process.
How will I receive my rebate?
If you selected to receive a virtual prepaid card, you will receive your card at the email address provided during your submission. If you selected to receive a physical prepaid card, your card will be mailed to the address provided during your submission.
Is there a limit on the number of times I can submit a rebate for this promotion?
This promotion is valid for up to three rebates per household. Each valid purchase is only valid for one submission.
Why is my submission invalid?
The information provided during the submission process did not meet the requirements of the promotion. Review the promotion Offer Terms and Conditions. If you believe your submission is invalid in error, visit the Contact Us page to contact a customer service representative.
Why have I received a notification that my invoice wasn’t received when I attached it during the online submission process?
Please confirm that the file you’ve attached to your submission is a copy of your proof of purchase. Estimates or quotations receipts are not acceptable proof of purchase. Work orders and repair orders are classified as a pre-invoice, therefore should be accompanied with a proof of payment when submitted. The attachment may be too blurry or too small to be legible. Please preview your proof of purchase file before you attach it to your claim to ensure the information can be seen clearly.
What attachment types are acceptable to upload on the submission website?
JPEG, GIF, PNG, PDF file types are accepted. There is a maximum of 4 images with a max file size of 10MB each. Please ensure the invoice image(s) are not blurry and the full invoice is visible.
My submission is valid. Why have I not received my rebate yet?
Visit the Track Your Rebate page to determine if your submission is valid if it has been more than 8 weeks since you completed your submission. If it has been more than 8 weeks since you submitted your rebate, visit the Contact Us page to contact a customer service representative.
I entered my rebate claim online but made a mistake in my address. How can I correct this?
If you discover you’ve made an error in your online submission, please visit the Contact Us page of this website as soon as possible. We can update your submission for you.
