Noticeably smoother and quieter ride.
The new Primacy Tour tires were an upgrade from my goodyear eagles. The ride is smoother and quieter. Gas milage improved as well. I am very satisfied with these tires

Best ride ever
Bought 4 new Primacy Tour A/S on March 28, 2023. Don't drive a whole lot, but these are the quietest and best riding tires I ever owned.

New tread again
I don't slip and slide now that I have new treads.

Bad tread wear
These tires came on my new 2022 chevy Equinox premier. Bought the car last year car has 26,000 miles and the dealership told me yesterday I need 4 new tires. And the dealership won’t stand behind them. Absolutely disappointed in the tread wear. I’ll never purchase Michelin tires.

Awesome Tire!!!!
Immediately replaced the OE Continental tires with the MICHELIN Primacy Tour A/S on a new 2019 VW Atlas and they did not disappoint. The ride comfort, noise level and road handling capabilities were outstanding…wet and dry. Southern climate, so not much experience with snow/slush. Tires now have about 45,000 miles with perfect wear. I do, however, lower inflation pressures slightly below factory specs, as I am not operating at at max GVWR. I will be replacing soon with the same.

Good performance but falls short on wear.
These tires perform well and have great stopping and stability when needed. Probably saved us from colliding into an accident that occurred right in front of us on the freeway. However, the tread wears out much faster than expected. I have 25,000 miles on mine and need to replace them. And now that the thread is low the ride has become rough.

Great Traction & Great Ride!
These came as original equipment on my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L Plus. Great ride and traction. They are very quiet and as Michelin says they are as good worn as they are new. I did keep them rotated and balanced and managed 48K from them. They could have gone a bit further but I had bits of rubber start coming out of them. I hadn't seen anything quite like it in all my years of driving. I took them to get looked at and the dealer said the same thing. They are a soft tire and it was like bits of the rubber were peeling off. I decided to call it good at 48K. My only flaw in them seems to be that from reviews I have read, and from the tire dealer is that many of these tires don't make the mileage mark, and I did really well getting to where I got. I replaced them with the Michelin Defender2. We'll see how these compare.

Silent, comfortable and has good grip.
Love these tires. They came with 2023 ioniq5 "Primacy All seasons" (Tour is missing in the name) Just 2 weeks experience and hence will update after an year about the wear & tear.

Pre Mature wear, No grip at all in winter months.
Primacy Tour A/S came stock on my 2020 Kia Telluride. Less than 40000km or 24800 miles and they need to be replaced. Worst all season tire I have ever used. They had little to no grip in the winter months on an all wheel drive vehicle and with this pre mature wear I would definitely look elsewhere.

Very disappointed worn out in 2.5 years at 35,500 miles
Very dissatisfied with the tread wear of these tires. Bought car in September of 2020, A 2020 Hyundai Tucson Sport, I have owned the car for 2.5 years and 35,500 miles and it has been religiously serviced by the Dealer. Came with OE Michelin Primary Tour A/S 245/45/19 tires. Thought the Michelin band was the #1 tire company but fooled me, currently these tires are sitting at 4/32’s of tread left and will have to be replaced after the next tire rotation. Pretty sad for a tire at should last about 5 years and 55,000 miles, Plus my commute is nothing aggressive some highway and city driving a total of 24 miles a day. When the time comes which will be very shortly will be looking other brands other than Michelin for replacement
