Review Summary
The Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires are widely praised for their excellent performance, handling, and grip in both dry and wet conditions, providing a significant improvement in the driving experience with enhanced responsiveness, stability, and confidence-inspiring control. However, some customers have experienced issues with premature wear and tread loss, as well as problems with the internal foam construction causing balance and vibration. While the tires offer superb all-around capabilities, a small subset of users have encountered durability concerns.

I put these on my 2004 car. The car turned heads, but even more now. The low profile & Z rating really makes the car come alive & straighten out curves & corners

These tires provided a vastly improved ride and confidence inspiring grip in handling. I can cruise smoothly and quietly anywhere, then take my car to an autocross track for a day of fun. Even with the punishment that autocross events put on these tires, they maintain superb civility and wear for everyday driving. As a automotive technician, I handle these tires daily. The superior build quality shows when mounting and balancing these tires. I can see how straight and true these tires spin on the balancer, resulting in less weight needed to balance the assembly every time. By far, Michelin tires are better than any other brand of tire.

The PS2 Sport tires provide an excellent combination of performance, comfort and wear. Usually one must compromise on one of those factors but these Michelin tires provide just the right balance.

I'm not sure this is the correct tire, I know it was a pilot sport, factory tire on a 2001 BMW 740IL. Whatever, it was a great tire! Quiet, great traction, excellent mileage (26 mpg at 80mph freeway)!
