• Estimates, work orders, and quotations are not acceptable as proof of purchase.
   

• A valid invoice must include the invoice number, date of purchase, and tire product name.
   

• A proof of payment must be provided with the invoice (e.g., credit card receipt).
   

• Cost of mounting, balancing, valve stems, applicable taxes, discounts applied at checkout from a retailer, etc., are not included in determining the purchase amounts under this promotion.

• Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your physical prepaid card by mail.
   

• Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your virtual prepaid card by email.
