Trail Tire has been an incredibly helpful and truly professional in every single aspect I have ever encountered at this location.
Darren and Kent are the primary two you could meet at the front of the store. They are not only professional and veteran when it comes to car related mechanical issues, they are also incredibly professional while remaining fully capable of handling pretty much anything you throw in their direction.
And even if they don't happen to know the answer right away, they will help you find the right answer.
All of the employees here are like that in the same way.
Desiring to seek solutions.
To make something better.
And I can easily say that this is my favorite location to go for everything related to tire changes and mechanical expertise in terms of knowledge.
Even if they don't necessarily provide the service you're looking for, they can definitely direct you in the right direction. And that's just how they operate.
They are truly good people and truly deserve even more business going forward.
So bring them your business.
Because they certainly will give you their best.

Hello everyone
My friend were went on their shop for fixed their RAM 1500 truck tires but the staff member didn’t know how to fix them . They were work on 1 hour for fixed the tire but after 1 hour they were told that your tire will be changed and they gave me a price list of tires. Afterthat my friend went to another shop and when they work on it but before open the tire they were saw that their was a big cut on a side which was happened by the new staff member of this auto shop and they put some glue on it to hide their mistake. We spend almost $350 on one tire at a moment. My friend visit again to their shop with invoice and the damage tire but the staff behaved so rude and they were told that what proff you have that this mistaken was done by us and they were saying we didn’t care if you drop a review on social media. I simply want to say that never visit on this shop. The staff members didn’t know how to work and they behaved so rude with the customers. Be careful everyone.

Absolutely love this place. The service is amazing... they go above and beyond. I came here for a tire issue and now have brought all my mechanical work to them. I love honest and kind people, and this place is filled with them. Highly recommend.

I usually go to the dealer for my tire service, but I tried this shop for a seasonal tire swap and booked online for what was listed as a tire rotation service for $60, which is a fair price for me. After the service was done, I was charged an additional $10 for “Shop Supplies” and “Environmental Disposal” fees that were never mentioned during booking. They explained these charges as common at the shop, but I’ve never seen these fees at the dealer for the same service. I will remember to clearly ask in advance what extra fees may add on top of the service price quoted online.

These guys are awesome.
Driving on 16 Ave, hit a pothole, my back left wheel sounded like it was irreparably broken. These guys, within 1.5hrs of closing time take me in, rapidly assess and order part on rush (which was a broken shock mount) and get me back on the road by 4pm. Incredibly good service and value. I will be going here again 100%
