I had a vehicle delivery scheduled for January 21, 2026. The necessary administrative procedures had been completed the previous Friday, and the handover was confirmed and scheduled. I voluntarily rearranged my work schedule to be available on that date. However, at the very last minute, I was contacted and informed that the appointment had to be postponed due to a warning light on the vehicle. It is important to note that I received no prior communication during the week, even though this issue appeared to have existed before the scheduled delivery date. This situation demonstrates a lack of diligence, communication, and professionalism, and has caused me real inconvenience, including wasted time and an unnecessary reorganization of my professional obligations. I expected service consistent with the information and confirmations I had received, as well as proactive communication in the event of a problem that could affect the delivery. At this stage, I believe the handling of this case does not meet reasonable customer service standards. I request that this situation be taken seriously.

I bought a 2019 Dodge Ram from another source, and the truck had vibration problems. They replaced the torque wrench and flywheel, but the problem persisted. They sent my truck for inspection because they couldn't find the issue. They scanned it and performed an inspection, only to tell me the truck was normal and that it was a common problem on these models, and that many customers had the same issue without Dodge ever finding the cause. They took the truck back to my dealership, and my dealer told me they had done everything possible to fix it, and that's just how it was. Out of a month and a half, I only had the truck for one week. I left and took the truck to an experienced mechanic, and in two hours, the truck was fixed, and there were no more vibrations; it runs like new. It cost me $75 to clean the injectors versus $4,300 on my warranty, which didn't fix anything. Be careful, because you could buy a Dodge Ram with common problems. 🫣
