A few mistakes were made but maybe that was because I spoke in French but things were lost by the way I spoke. Anyway, everything turned out great.

I've been their loyal customer for years but today they refused to install my tires because I purchased them somewhere else. And that's in the middle of winter thus putting me and my family at risk as I'll have to drive on summer tires until I find where to change them.

Service?.. 1h to change 2 tires on my truck.. and to find out that when i got my truck back. everything was upside down in the trunk for no reason.. got a call from the wife (pregnant) that she had to fix the truck so all the stuff fits and she can close the trunk correctly.. Thank you for confirming that this was the last service you have offered me. When canadian tire has better service ... you might want to look into the staff you hire.
