I recently got 2020 Toyota highlander from GMC wolf. The customer service was more than excellent, the moment I walked in everyone is super friendly and welcoming. I was very happy with the vehicle I got for 3 reasons. Car was in prefect condition, fully serviced and detailed upon pick even full tank of gas. Treated me so nice and they all worked with me to get me approved. most importantly I was approved for excellent deal that I can afford. Bradley is an amazing person and I highly recommend everyone to deal with him even the manager Steve. Finance team is very knowledgeable. Meisha explained every step to regarding my loan approval. My experience was 10/10 thank you so much.

"Exceptional Vehicle Purchasing Experience!" The customer service went above and beyond my expectations from the moment I walked into the building. Update #3. Women beware. Do NOT take your vehicle to Wolfe service. They directly lied to my wife, and later admitted they didnt do what they said. This experience has been n9thing but disappointing. It started ok walking in, but by the end of the actual deal, we had been lied to, told they wouldn't honor a deal with a price, told to swap our own tires on our driveway after spending 130k on a new truck. Asked for $500 cash signing the deal that we gave the first night *(miracle 10min later it was upstairs in the vault)... then when the installed our lift, the truxk wheel was off, and we had no print out of alignment we were charged with. My wife asked for it, and to fix the wheel. They told her the didnt have the printout and they needed the trucks suspension to "wear in" or "sag" before they could do anything. Upset, I went there. I asked the service manager, and he said the same thing. I demanded the shop Forman immediately drive our truck and tell me it was ok. He drove it came back and admitted it wasn't, and that thwy could've done thw wheel. When I told them I wanted the printout. The forman went to the back and in 10min produced a print out. If you are a woman, I would avoid this place. Obviously they thought my wife was stupid and didn't think that I would show up. The fact that I had to, is so so sad. It seems that they might be taking advantage of women. On top of all the lies, trying to change the deals after it was made, they offered me money off and free items that I upgraded. I can say I didnt take any of it. I wasn't looking for that. I wanted a honest deal. They couldn't do that. They said they would do something and I doubt they will. We will be taking this truck to Shaganappi GMC to fix the wheel and check alignment. And for all future items. They are fair, straight and honest with both me and my wife. No lies...... Deeply sad about this experience. Be very cautious if you do proceed here. Get everything in writing as you do it or it will change. Wish I couldn't bought elsewhere.
