This Kal Tire is amazing. I was in a kind of time crunch to order new rims and tires for my truck and they were not only able to deliver in 1 day including the appointment for mounting, balancing, tire pressure sensor install, wheel alignment and new luggage nuts but also in the promised time, in a professional way and on top cheaper because we needed to switch the tires itself to match my winter driving conditions ahead of me. I can only say "BRAVO" and thank you so much team Kal Tire at 1620 Ave, NW Calgary.
Keep this attitude up and you never run out of customers. Definitely coming back.

Kal Tire North Hill provided amazing service from start to finish. The staff name Mercy is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They handled my tire needs efficiently, and the quality of their work really shows on the road. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the whole visit smooth and stress-free.
For improvement, it would be great if their coffee machine could be updated or serviced for a better customer experience. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely return!

I had an excellent experience getting the tires on my Jeep replaced. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was fantastic. The team double checked the tire size, walked me through how the new setup would look, and clearly explained the pros and cons so I felt fully informed. Everyone from the front desk to the mechanics was extremely professional. I was especially impressed when they invited me into the shop to show me an issue during installation and provided safety glasses and hearing protection. It showed they truly care about safety. I left with my new tires installed and feeling completely confident in the work they did.

Edit: added 2 stars as it was resolved with me not paying for a service I agreed to and Keith providing quick service. Still not happen that it happened.
I don’t typically leave bad review’s. Even more so if I have had good experience with a business I request. I have used this location in the past and they have always provided good service.
Not so much today. I had booked an appointment for new winter tire install and got my own steel wheels since they had it on a delay due to limited stock. They finished service on time which is always great. My problems started as soon as I took the keys and went to make my payment.
I was charge for wheel alignment around $160.00. I wasn’t even called and was told it is recommended when making a payment.
I went to my car and started driving it. It felt off but I was like it must be the winter tires since I typically use all season.
When I got home I noticed that the tires seemed a little low. Went to my local Petro Can and checked all the tires. All were way under pressure, I have posted photos. All under 15. Putting not only me and my wife at risk but potentially risking my newly purchased tires which aren’t cheap.
I am not sure if this is just my thinking but I had declined TPMS twice now, one when booking the appointment and another when I dropped my keys in person. Are we purposely putting low tire pressure so that the customer returns and is told I should have gotten tpms? Maybe I am over thinking but the fact that I was sent home with new tires and almost no pressure has led me to put this 1 start review.
There is more, after I filled all the tire to the proper 34 psi, the front right valve stem has leaking air so now I have 3 tires at 34psi and one at 20. Here is hoping it doesn’t leak over night. As I am trying to fill the right tire the air is instead leaking onto my hands.
Disappointed with the poor service from who ever worked on my wheel and tire install plus potentially putting customers at risk.
I will now have to go back and get this fixed which will take how much longer? Hopefully it gets done proper.

Brought my car in to get my winters swapped this morning. $76 for the swap. Told me my brakes were "dry" so they could lube it up for me while the tires were off. $161 for cleaning and lubing my brakes. They try to upsell me with the wheel alignment which i said no to. I drove for 5 mins and got a low tire pressure alarm. Will likely not return to this location.
