Miles was incredibly helpful with the purchase of my new Ducati Panigale V4 and made the entire process more seamless and enjoyable than I could’ve expected. His knowledge of the bikes and community surrounding them made for one of (if not the) best experience I’ve had at any dealer, two wheels or four. Would highly recommend taking some time to chat with him regardless of the bike in question!

I’ve had a great experience shopping at Barnes/Blackfoot. When I first walked into the store, wow what a store, tonnes of inventory! I met Devon, great, professional young man! He set me up with a couple of test rides on models that I thought I would like, which was great, very helpful. After throughout many visits to the store, since they carry and have a great, wide selection of motorcycles I got familiarized with other brands of motorcycles. Louis was great and familiarized me on their Ducati line up. Simon was also great, and with his 24 years in the motorcycle industry , he familiarized me on their BMW models, and told me about some of their slightly used models for sale. So I did some research thru video reviews etc, I finally decided to purchase a corporate demo, 2024 BMW S1000XR!!! I got it delivered January 21! I can’t wait to the snow to melt and take it for a ride! I’d like to thank Jason ( in parts ) help me with the supply and installation of some accessories. Thanks to Chantele and Justin with the paperwork. Thanks to Devon, Louis, Simon with all their help and knowledge of the products. And last but not least, thank you Chris, for your humour, knowledge of the product etc with the “walk around”. I really appreciate it! I never felt pressure in away way to make my purchase, they work together as a team which I like! I will definitely be back, to get my bike serviced etc. Thanks everyone!!! Robert

A special shoutout to Mrs. Sierra—she did amazing work. Her attention to detail, knowledge, and genuine care really stood out. My bike is road ready and everything was explained clearly with no pressure or surprises. It’s rare to find service this trustworthy and high-quality. Recently purchased a new F800GS. The sales folks were great; when they couldn't answer questions I was passed on to someone more knowledgeable about the bike. Shout out to Chris who gave me a VERY thorough run through of the bike's features & very patient with all of my questions. We purchased paniers which were to be keyed to the bike & installed before delivery. Unfortunately there was a mixup with communication between departments & bike was delivered without said paniers. Have to say the more than rectified the problem!! While I was on call with someone in parts to find out what happened, Claudia with Sales Service contacted me to apologize & said they'd ceramic coat the bike for the inconvenience. Further to this, my crash bars that I was advised were on back order arrived same day as the mix up, so Claudia also had them installed at their expense for a further apology. I believe the pic is before the ceramic coating. Everything resolved, hubby got a job taken off his list and bike will now be delivered all complete. Pretty awesome customer service, and I'm quite pleased about the "inconvenience" that turned into a win. :)

This review is long overdue. In August 2024, I purchased a BMW R18B from Barnes. It was a 2023 model that had been used as a demo but came with full warranty and extended service program. I have had the bike in for regular servicing and for a recall. The service from Barnes has been spectacular. They always go above and beyond. For example, I recently had shoulder surgery and cannot ride and my bike was in for end-of-season servicing. Victoria, in the service department, arranged to have my bike dropped off for me because I could not pick it up. I highly recommend Barnes for their products and their service.
