My wife and I had a great experience getting our first Mercedes-Benz at this dealership. Our salesperson, Allen Li, gave us very professional advice on the different vehicle models and the different options for getting one. He was also very patient and kind in answering all my technical questions. We would like to thank our financial advisor, John Espanol, for helping us arrange the payment within our budget, in addition to providing excellent support in signing all the documents. Finally, we would like to thank Allen and Jason for the excellent post-sales service we received from them, in configuring our car and in answering any other questions that arose during this time. I recently purchased a car from Allen, and he made the entire process incredibly easy. He took the time to explain every aspect of the vehicle and made sure I understood everything clearly. Allen is very easygoing and took great care of us from start to finish. Robin was also extremely helpful—one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He made the experience even better with his kindness and support. Overall, amazing service from both Allen and Robin. Highly recommend this dealership!

While searching for a new SUV to replace our nearly 11-year-old ML350, I considered two primary options: the BMW X5 and the Mercedes GLE450. Although the BMW initially impressed me with its features, my interactions with dealerships across Western Canada were consistently challenging and unsatisfactory. In contrast, my experience with Mercedes-Benz Downtown Calgary was highly positive. The staff were transparent regarding fees—significantly fewer than those associated with BMW—and conducted themselves with professionalism and respect for my time. This direct and respectful approach ultimately influenced my decision. Although the BMW X5 offers sporty performance and an array of advanced features, the practical reliability I require is better represented by the Mercedes GLE450. Furthermore, reflecting on the purchase process led me to consider the implications for post-purchase service; a complicated sales experience could indicate similar challenges in ongoing support. My priority was to find a vehicle and dealership that exemplified dependability, respect, and integrity. Mercedes-Benz Downtown Calgary delivered a professional purchasing experience founded on partnership. Having previously interacted with their service department, I am confident that their commitment to these principles will extend beyond the sale. A dealership reflects its ownership and values at every level. The ownership and staff of Mercedes-Benz Downtown Calgary demonstrate an understanding of customer care and an appreciation for the value of each client's investment.

There's a reason I quit buying Mercedes; particularly from Downtown (Hyatt). Aside from far too many service calls over the years, there's the 'air' about the whole thing. Made an offer on a used vehicle (i.e. not a Mercedes); 2 days later & absolutely zero communication from the dealership. Guess I should have offered full price...that might have got the cheap suits moving. O.5 out of 10 for Customer Service and attitude Arif 👎🏻. With re: to your (whoever you are) weak reply, we both know that you &/or Arif are lying through your teeth. It would have been nice to have had a discussion w someone at your place of business; instead, I rescinded my offer of "$10K less" (because it was more than the vehicle is worth) yesterday after not hearing back from you for close to 2 business days. I'd suggest you focus on bettering your business practices, rather than threatening paying Consumers. You can rest assured you'll never see me (or my circle) in any of your dealerships again; be so kind as to share that list. Rubbish.
