Bought new tires and few years ago at Kal Tire. Got a flat on Stoney yesterday. They prorated the tires because still on warranty. Manager called me this am, tire is in, so got it changed. Quick service! We're friendly, very helpful with the tire. And didn't cost an arm and a leg! Awesome service.

Thanks to the manage r Korey for making sure that I leave the shop within a couple of hours even after reaching about 30 minutes late. The reviews say for themselves. This kal tire location is so good, effecient staff and also advised on potential repairs via a free of charge inspection. However, the charges mentioned just to replace a couple of rear brake pads and rotors were just exorbitant😱

Very good experience here.
The manager Korey seemed very switched on. I chose my own tires based on reviews I found on Consumer Reports and not everyone carries the Nokian hakkapeliitta r5 winter tire. Expensive but excellent.
Appointment was smooth, received a rebate (presumably from Nokian) and was able to use my Automobile Association membership for an additional 5%.
Waiting room / public restroom was impeccably clean. The work was complete in about 75 minutes total time. A few potential items of concern were uncovered during their overall review of the vehicle and will convey them on to my usual local mechanic.
Overall I thought this all went very well. It also helps to get the winter tires installed early. This Kal Tire wasn’t very busy that day. But even the best tire shops are overwhelmed after the first threat of snow in Calgary.

I brought my car in to get winter tires on. There was a…misshap let’s call it…with my vehicle. I really appreciated how professional the staff were during this time. They owned their mistake and made sure it was taken care of and that I was not inconvenienced. Despite not happening as quick as I wanted, I still got my winter tires and to my appointments yesterday. So thank you for the professionalism and customer care you provided. It definitely meant more to me than losing my car for 24hours did. I’m still giving 5 stars because of that, people are humans and we all make mistakes but how it’s handled tells more than the mistake itself.

This shop is absolutely amazing. Showed up with an emergency and a very nasty puncture to n my tire. The guys Taylor and Oliver did the absolute best to squeeze me into an already packed schedule due to tire change season. One bay opened up for a few minutes and the guys graciously took me in. Then Vladimir did his magic by patching my tire with outmost professionalism and diligence. I will be recommending this tire shop to everyone who needs it. These guys know how to treat their customers. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Well done!!
