The fastest tire in the Michelin Downhill range

IT EXCELS ON HARD, ROCKY TERRAIN AND AT BIKE PARKS

Its DH 34 tread pattern, Magi-X DH tread compound and Down Hill Shield casing provide maximum grip and high-speed stability on all hard terrain (compacted dirt / pebbles / Bike Park).

Thanks to its double-reinforced Down Hill Shield casing and puncture-resistant reinforcement, which gives you maximum control at low pressure.

so, run maxxis wire DH bead tires and other tires before. One big difference about michelin 34 tires I DO NOT LIKE is the bigger outer diameter of their DH wire bead tires. Yes, 1/2 inch bigger! now we are getting closer to a 29er tire and it effects suspension. If your rear suspension clears your old brand tire when fully compressed by 1/2 inch then you are in trouble. also, front suspension for those who have a high stack forget it because if you lower your lower crown it can buttom out on front tire.

Ive been testing different tires over the last 14 years at the bike park on full D.H. rigs this is the best tire yet. grip, you can run low pressure. sidewall is firm, and all knobs crack and tear on D.H. tires sometimes first run so not sure what folks are whinning about, it has to do with super gummy compound, your pressure terrain and riding style...only get if you wanna go fast and shred!

Ive run Maxxis, Vittorias, and Schwalbes. I only bought the Michelin DH34 cause the sidewall paint looks cool but now they're my new favorites. I ride in AZ.. rockslabs, hardpack, loose over hard, and occasionally some dirt at Angelfire Bike Park and these grip corners so well
