Great comfort

A fantastic tire

The Cross Climates are the best tires I have ever owned, bar none. They are perfect in rain, and super quiet on dry pavement. We have yet to have any snow, but I am confident they will perform well. I will be putting these on my wife's car when she needs new tires.

traction

The tires are great so far and I look forward for the snow to test them out. My vehicle has much better traction and braking seems to be easier and faster.

A Great Buy

I am so glad I purchased these tires. They've performed well both during winter conditions and torrential summer downpours. They provide a comfortable ride and handle all road surfaces very well.

best Michelins i have ever owned & i've been a Michelin man for 50 years. they are good on snow & FANTASTIC on wet pavement.

Great grip and all conditions, emwear life is very good, very quiet and handle the bump and curve of are very bad roads.

Can a company that cannot handle their rebate program still manufacture quality tires?

I usually purchase Michelin tires. However, now that I see the difficulty Michelin has at handling their rebate program, I sincerely doubt their ability to manufacture tires. Five months later, multiple calls, still no rebate and we are told we can do nothing as 'it is under review by a higher level'. One phone number we were directed to told us they only handle claims which are over ONE YEAR old. Call centre people clearly working at home (baby crying in background), very hard to understand as English is poor in other cases. It is only $70 but they have so irritated us - they have basically lost a customer of 30+ years. Totally messed up rebate program. I had to buy another brand for my truck at the same time I purchased the Michelin's for our car. That rebate came in 2 weeks. It is not about the money - it is about integrity and trusting the company who manufactured your tires. Finally - we were given a case number by Michelin (on the phone). Now we are getting spam emails from a company referencing that number and asking us to provide all sorts of personal information (utility bills, photo ids, other financial data). Can they not even protect the data they give us??

Great in snow!

These tires have much better traction than the All-Season tires I had previously. I feel so much more secure driving in the snow.
