Overall would not recommend. I had a few issues that were very stressful. J was nice to deal with. He was responsive and friendly leading up to the deal. I was coming from out of town so I was assured that everything would be ready. -Windshield was cracked. At first I was only offered 500 discount$ Eventually agreed to cover the full cost to fix plus enough to cover a cab ride to the garage if I used my own time to fix it. -Both rear tires went flat 5 minutes after I left! (Could have been a huge accident!). The TPMS sensors were incorrectly installed. I had to wait while all the tires were removed and fixed/inspected. -Mechanic kept my wheel lock so I had to pay 50$ to have the nut removed when I had the Ontario safety done. -I was only given unsigned copies of the paperwork and no copy of the ownership. My name was formatted wrong and my driver's license was incorrectly copied on the agreement. This resulted in 2 wasted trips to the license office and many emails and calls to the dealership. It didn't seem like the salesman cared very much after I had signed my papers and had all the issues. No apologies or offer to compensate. Kevin did help me out with my issues and seemed compassionate. It took me a couple weeks to sort out all these issues. Which is not what you expect after you pay almost 50k for a Honda certified vehicle from the dealership. I gave three stars because of the initial service and the vehicle was overall in very good condition.

I went there for few minors problems on a honda I bought in another honda dealership. I received a professional and courteous service. Going into a big franchise I was expecting to pay more than the small garage I usually go but it wasn't so bad. Jessica and Alex from service gave a great services and didn't push to sell things I didn't need. I will go back if needed

I understand that buying a used car is always a bit of a gamble, but I recently purchased one from this dealership, and here’s how they operate. Being in the car industry myself, I know firsthand that dealerships like this are exactly why the industry has a bad reputation. The car had dirty air filters, rusted rear brakes, and no safety inspection was provided. On top of that, the actual mileage was higher than what was advertised online. Buyers, be cautious.
