It’s canning time again but there are so many choices! Large jars, small jars, small jars with regular mouths, large jars with small mouths, large empty wth large, small with large - OI!!! Then it’s liquid pectin or dry, pickling salt or pickle mix? Single pickling jar kit or pickle pipes? Well thank goodness I got help from the staff and it only took me 3 trips for exchanges… Staff were all very accommodating and helpful! We all had a good laugh and I’m in the right track for canning season now:)

I’ve consistently had a very positive experience with Canadian Tire. The stores are well organized, and it’s convenient to find a wide range of products in one place from automotive and tools to home, seasonal, and everyday essentials. The staff are generally knowledgeable and willing to help, whether it’s answering technical questions or assisting with product selection. I also appreciate how accessible the stores are and how practical the layout usually is, which makes shopping efficient. Canadian Tire stands out for its reliability and versatility. It’s a go-to store when you need something specific and want reasonable quality at fair prices. Overall, it’s a dependable retail chain that I would confidently recommend.

I have been a customer of Canadian Tire for over 8 years and bought a stove recently, which has stopped working after a single day use . The employees and cashiers at the downtown Canadian Tire declined to provide a refund, offering only store credit instead. Their conduct was rude and unhelpful towards us. Even after we request the involvement of a manager, name kayeke his support was deficient and lacking in professionalism. I advise individuals to be cautious in dealing with their poor refund procedures. My entire experience was disappointing. I recommend seeking out alternative stores where you can expect gratitude and outstanding customer service.

In general decent store with some good Staff working there. Why I am not satisfied, at customer service desk there was lady working there extremely unpleasant and passive aggressive I would say, was one of the worst customer experiences ever in my life. And it wasn’t single accident at least 2-3 time same experience with strong negative attitude from the same store clerk. Sadly I wasn’t able to catch her name. Tallish, brown hair, 30-40 years old, lean body structure. It was around a year or so ago. Didn’t have time to put it on paper. Nothing against Canadian Tire, I even have their Triangle bank card. But they need to be a bit more picky who they hire, especially for customer service role

I really like this store. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. I don’t like that you need to store your bag but the security is respectful about it.
