Help us keep you safe throughout the life of your tires.
Michelin cares about your safety. When you purchased your tires, your dealer should have given you a tire registry card. When your tires are registered, you will receive direct notification from Michelin if appropriate. In the unlikely event of a safety recall, it is important to have your contact information.
MICHELIN® tires carry a limited warranty for tread life or mileage.
See Michelin Warranty Quick Guide.
How many miles will I get on my tires?
There are many factors that affect the tread life of your tires, e.g. tread compounds, construction features, vehicle application, tire maintenance, geographic conditions, atmospheric conditions, driving habits, etc., making exact mileage impossible to predict. Take special care when braking, accelerating, cornering, etc. to increase the life of the tire.
If you have concerns about the rate of wear on your tires, consult your local authorized MICHELIN® dealer.
Is my damaged tire covered by a Michelin warranty?
Take the tire to your local authorized Michelin retailer and have them properly inspect the tire. Tell the dealer what you are experiencing so they can diagnose the problem.
Where can I take my tire to have it inspected?
You can find a local dealer by visiting a local authorized Michelin retailer.
Technical Bulletin: Service Life Information for Passenger Car and Light Truck Tires
Michelin recommendeds having passenger car and light truck tires, including spare tires, inspected regularly by a qualified tire specialist, such as a tire dealer, who will assess the tire's suitability for continued service. Tires that have been in use for 5 years or more should continue to be inspected by a specialist at least annually.
