I was advised by 3 Michelin dealers that the tire to replace my original Latitiude tires was the Michelin Premier LTX. After 8,000 kms I could not handle the tire noise coming off the Premier LTX tires. These tires were on an Acura MDX , which has a very quiet interior. The constance snow tire hum on the inside of the car was unpleasant. After installing the Latitude Tour HP all tire noise has disappeared. I read several reviews that praised the Premier LTX so I believe it is a good tire. But if you have a vehicle with a quiet interior with no road noise the Latitude Tour HP is likely a better choice

Tires are usually taken for granted, until the road puts them to the test.
